Terms & Payments for all rental locations PALOMA/AMETYS/STUDIOS
Dollar rates are calculated on the actual €uro/$ exchange rate on the day of payment.  Rates are in Euros and subject to 4% tax.  Housekeeping every 4 days  and final cleaning on check-out included. 30% deposit required to confirm reservation. The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation 30 days before arrival . Payments accepted per transfer bank . Balance due either in cash in Euros or US Dollars on arrival day at hand-over of keys, OR per transfer bank via the same online payment system one week prior to arrival.no credit card
