Les tarifs sont basés sur 2 personnes. Ménage tous les 4 jours et nettoyage final au moment du départ inclus. Acompte de 30% requis pour confirmer la réservation. L'acompte n'est pas remboursé en cas d'annulation 30 jours avant l'arrivée. Paiements acceptés par banque de transfert. Solde dû soit en espèces en euros ou en dollars américains le jour de l'arrivée lors de la remise des clés, OU par virement bancaire via le même système de paiement en ligne une semaine avant l'arrivée. .This affordable vacation rental is located in Orient Village on Orient Bay on the French side of St. Martin. The studio N°1 and studio N°2

is situated in a spacious cottage at the quiet edge of the village. The adjoining unit in the cottage is the identical twin to Orient Beach Lover Studios and is for rent from the same owner TO VILLA PALOMA , APARTMENT AMETYS , STUDIO FRIEND'S

The two units Studio N°1 and Studio N°2 can be booked separately (for 2 people ONE STUDIO ), or combined to accommodate two couples or a family of four N°1 AND N°2

Terms & Payments:
Rates are per week in €uros and based on 2 people per Studio, including children. Rates are subject to 4% tax. Weekly rates include maid service twice per week. 30% deposit required to secure a booking. Balance due on arrival day at hand-over of keys. Dollar rates are calculated on the actual €uro/$ exchange rate.

Orient Bay Beach is a 5 minutes walking distance from Orient Beach Lover Studios. About the same distance is the central square of the village with restaurants and shops that frame that "dining square". The studio owner offer you FREE beach chairs at WaÏ on Orient Bay (2nd and 3rd line) with your weekly booking of one or two Orient Beach Lover Studios.

The two owner-operated studios are situated at the end of a quiet dead-end-road, and surrounded by beautiful tropical landscape that completes the relaxing setting. The two studios are exactly the same; both were fully renovated in december 2022 in a colonial style.
